Description of the issue:
Some websites display to small for the display size on normal and private tabs
How can this issue be reproduced?
It just happens, some worse than others
I can use CTRL+ to get it the right size, but I want to ‘default it’ and I can’t see how to do that
Expected result:
For the screen displays at the right size/zoom all the time
**Brave Version( check About Brave
):Brave 1.35.103 Chromium 98.0.4758.102 Android 11 Build R98-14388.61.0 Benq Bl2780 1980x1080 x 60 hz monitor, Asus chromebox
Can you please share some websites where you see this behavior consistently so I can test on my end?
https://search.brave.com/search?q=brave+browser+default+screen+size&source=web
on a normal tab rather than a private tab
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microsoft_Bing shows full size as does https://www.bing.com on both normal and private tabs
Same with me open coinmarketcap then add custom filters after that i see half of number disappear in right side
comparison is with chrome on chromebox
most noticeable is on width, but the brave browser is smaller generally - using CTRL+ makes it bigger, but not conform to size of display (display is connected via HDMI)
I’m unsure whether it is website specific or related to the display settings
I appreciate your response
Graham
