Playlist's "Start Playback where I last left off" is not working

Description of the issue:

Tested with YouTube videos, whether “Start Playback where I last left off” is enabled or disabled in the settings, the videos will always start at the beginning inside of Playlist.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Make sure “Start Playback where I last left off” is turned on in the Playlist settings
  2. Add a YouTube vide to Playlist
  3. Watch the video for maybe a minute to be sure
  4. Close the browser.
  5. Open the browser.
  6. Go to Playlist and the video will start from 00:00:00.

Expected result:

For the video to play where you last left off.
