Description of the issue:
After updating to latest Brave, pinned tabs when using vertical tabs can no longer be distinguished from regular tabs.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Set tabs to “Use vertical tabs” (make sure you don’t have “Minimize tabs” activated)
- Open a few tabs
- Pin some tabs and keep some unpinned
Expected result:
Pinned tabs when using vertical should be visible as pinned, just as they are in horizontal mode.

Additional Information:
When switching to horizontal mode they are highlighted as pinned (have a little border). I’m using dark mode.
