Password storage question

Where does Brave store saved passwords? I assume it is in the profile.

The file should be called login data, within the Default folder.
macOS path: Library⁩/Application Support⁩/BraveSoftware⁩/Brave-Browser⁩/⁚Default⁩/Login Data
Windows path: C:\Users\ [YourUserName]\AppData\Local\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser\User Data\Default
Although you won’t be able to see the passwords in that file.
If you want a list to show the passwords you can go to brave://settings/passwords and export passwords.

Thanks. I don’t want to view them, just needed to know where they are stored.
