Password Manipulation Crashes On MacOS Ventura

Description of the issue:
Whenever “Edit Password” or clicking on the eye to show the password in Autofill, on MacOS Ventura 13.3.1, the dreaded beachball of death appears. The built-in task manager for Brave does not update showing any changes. Finder reports as “Application Not Responding”. I left it running for over 10 minutes and it never returned.

How can this issue be reproduced?
100% reproducible. It happens every time.

Expected result:
I was hoping to see what password I was using to connect to the site.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.50.114 Chromium: 112.0.5615.49 (Official Build) (x86_64)

Additional Information:
As I am new to Ventura having just migrated from Catalina (which worked perfectly), I suspect there may be a setting within Ventura not allowing Brave to access the keychain perhaps? This is a complete guess on my part but I would have expected something to pop up on the Mac asking for permission but nothing is appearing. I am not running any extensions. This is a completely vanilla installation of Brave.
