Opening tab wrong clock time

My opening Brave tab shows the wrong time on the Clock in the upper right hand corner
Just started doing this yesterday
How to fix it ?

What version of Brave are you using?
What OS/device are you using?
Is your OS time set manually or automatically based on location?

Version 1.19.86 Chromium: 88.0.4324.96 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Other browers Mozilla, Chrome showing correct time only Brave has changed to 16 hours behind Singapore time,
Iā€™m using a PC, Windows, my PC time is set to Correct Singapore time

Can anyone help or do i have to stop using Brave ?

Is the time stuck around 16:00 or is it consistently 16 hours behind?

It is consistently 16 hours behind Singapore, ie its following Los Angeles time, not Singapore, HOW TO FIX IT ? it only started doing this on Tuesday, messes up all the Yahoo email dates/times and any web pages
