Open New Window Makes Freeze Brave Browser

Dear Brave Community,

I have downloaded the Brave browser from the Ubuntu Software Center and installed it on my laptop. Below are the detailed specs.

OS - Ubuntu 21.04

Brave - Version 1.27.111 Chromium: 92.0.4515.131 (Official Build) (64-bit)

There is no problem when I’m calling the new tabs in the current window of the brave browser.

Issue:
When I called the new window or new private window, the new window has appeared. But I have to wait a few seconds where default wallpaper and gadgets appeared on the new window, and the browser was hanged and kinda lagged even calling the new tab. Could anyone face the same issue with me and please kindly guide me.
