@bizbuck Just posting like you did does nothing. Your topic title is exactly what you’re supposed to do. So you open a support ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 where you’ll provide all of the information it requests of you. Then eventually someone from Brave will see it and investigate. That said, just having a basic post like yours can help in no way because it provides no information and isn’t the “proper” or “official” way to request help.

So when you have time, please do make sure you click on the link and submit a ticket. (^_^)
