Hi all! I need help. I haven’t received the rewards for viewing ads in days. The ads do appear and I see them as usual… but they do not add to the rewards.
I also have the problem that last month’s BATs were not credited.
Can someone tell me how I can solve it?

If you think your account has been flagged, then you should send a direct message (DM) to the moderators. If your account was flagged, it will hold up payments. Provide the link to your post and the following information when you DM the moderators:
Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals )
Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version )
A screenshot of your Rewards panel in `Settings → Brave Rewards
Mattches and Steeven are the moderators who handle most of the rewards issues.
How to DM a moderator:
Click on their icon and select the Message button in the top right corner or
You can go to your profile and create a new message in Messages.
