if you haven’t at least received a ticket number you should make sure to check your spam folder. if you have a number you might try reaching out to @bravesupport on twitter.
@Dado As I’ve posted in several places lately, I have reached out to some of the higher ups at Brave and requested they look into it. Or at least that they can provide details as to what’s going on. All we can do for now is wait to see what they end up telling us. Sometimes these investigations take time. I’m not expecting an answer in just a couple days. Sometimes it takes a week or longer. They also don’t work on the weekends. So we just have to be patient.
In terms of the reply you got, that usually is done by support after they revise your account. So based on what it shows them, they were confident that there were violation of terms. Usually there is no way to get it unflagged when this happens.
Again though, I’m asking them to look to see if there might be some glitch or something. We’re just having to wait for their response.
