"Open a specific page or set of pages" not working

Description of the issue:
When I open Brave, I only see a New Tab page, not any of my list of specific pages. It always works fine and was even my reason to switch to Brave from Firefox…
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3.
On my Win11 PC, on starting Brave from scratch.
Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
New Tab page
Expected result:
Fourteen tabs with my selected sites
Reproduces how often:
Always
Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Version 1.43.93 on Windows 11 Pro Version 21H2
Additional Information:
I do not see this problem on my MacBooks, nor on any of the other devices, I synchronize with… So it must be something in this machine that interferes.
I tried un- and reinstalling Brave, resetting cookies, etc., to no lasting avail.

Hello there @ArieKlerk could please try disabling your extensions to see if this solves your issue?

  1. On your computer, open Brave.
  2. At the top right, click Menu → More tools → Extensions.
  3. On to the extension you want to remove, click Remove.
  4. Confirm by clicking Remove.

Let me know if that works.
Regards.

Sorry, I already found out what caused it.

It only happened when I opened another Brave window without knowing it: the other one was minimized… Opening a specific (set of) pages only works at the initial start, not when another window is already open…

Thank you and maybe make this a bit more clear in Settings
