Only Brave will not connect to network; OS and every other app does

Description of the issue:
For reasons unexplained or provided, Brave browser does not work on macOS Sonoma 14.5 when connected to an Irish network owned by Eir. Changing DNS within Brave browser and on the network level have no effect. The browser simply refuses to connect without explanation. The browser does connect when I use my mobile phone as a network connection, and has connected to all other networks bar this particular one. Again - all other browsers function correctly and the OS network connection is fine, - it is simply Brave that does not work.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Connect to an Irish network owned by Eir
  2. Watch as only Brave refuses to connect

Expected result:
Brave to connect to the internet like a browser should.

Please do not tell me to deactivate network security, update to latest, disconnect VPN, fiddle with Braves DNS or shields settings (all deactivated).
