I think you have been misunderstood, the required bats to verify Uphold is only 25 BATs not 250!

Also the minimum bat threshold is for Android users only.

You could try going to C:\Users\[Your User Name]\AppData\Local\BraveSoftware\Brave-Browser\User Data\Default and copying the contents from Default into a new Default folder from a new installation. Default will be your original profile, any other new profiles will be called Profile 1, Profile 2 and so on. note - this method is not perfect and some data may be lost
