October payout not processed after changing wallet to Gemini

Briefly describe your issue:

I’ve lost all October accumulated BATs and the deposit is not in my Gemini wallet yet. Since that time I was also unable to receive any more ads payouts. My November balance is still 0. In my android device which is linked with Uphold is all working.

yes. I’ve received the 5 Gemini BATS in September.

What date did you verify your wallet?

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

Only in my Uphold wallet. Once I changed to Gemini I only received the 5 BAT sign in prize.

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

no

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?

yes. Portugal.

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Using a MAC.

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??

Yes.
