Notifications not pinging

I am not receiving and notifications from brave whatsoever, from any website or anything, i do not have do not disturb and and in win 11 settings i have set brave as highest priority and have tried my best to resolve, need help.

1.Google calendar
2.Gmail
3.Instagram

Expected result:-i get notified like chrome or edge or any other browser

Version 1.65.126

Additional Information, I dont remember ever getting notified on brave so this is not a recent issue always been there

Go to the site setting for Instagram and enable notifications. See if it works for Instagram first

tried, doesnt work maybe something else is causing the issue
