Still not receiving BAT after re-installation

Hello,
After not receiving any funds for months (even though i have ads on and auto-contribute off), I installed Brave’s latest version. The problem is that I still don’t see my BAT in my wallet or my Uphold account.

Furthermore, my pending rewards have diminished from almost 12 BAT to 4 BAT on the rewards tab.

Could anyone help me resolve this issue ?

i guess there’s some delay
but i also don’t receive token anymore
