Not able to add Gnome extensions using Brave in Ubuntu 20.04!

I was not able to add extension in my Ubuntu 20.04 using Brave browser .Its showing “Although GNOME Shell integration extension is running, native host connector is not detected.”.
Please I need help ASAP.

Have you installed Brave via snap?

It turns out installing via snap is the issue, you might have to re-install the browser by following the instructions at https://brave.com/linux/#linux.
