Brave not implementing/emitting some Gnome event when tapping on a text input

Description of the issue:

The original Gnome OSK is not showing up when tapping on input fields and when I tried to select a text in the editing box, another text is selected from above.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Go to https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-shell/+bug/1990253
  2. Click on a text input field of " Add comment" after log-in or account creation

Expected result:
The original Gnome OSK will show up and the right text is selected.

Version 1.44.105 Chromium: 106.0.5249.91 64-bit

Additional Information:
I use Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS 64-bit, Wayland and Gnome 42.4
