NO REWARDS PAID - NO ADS SHOWN in SEPTEMBER

Hi,

I haven’t been shown any ads on my desktop computer (Windows 10 system) since the first payment of BAT in August when I downloaded Brave.

Since then, I haven’t been shown anymore ads and the BAT count is stuck at 2.955. Moreover, this amount was supposed to be paid out to my Uphold wallet on the 6th of October, winch it didn’t happen.

Can you help me out with this?

I’m having a similar issue. I downloaded the brower in September and i haven’t receive the payment. It should be done the 6th of October. I’m still seeing “Estimated pending rewards 4.605BAT - 0.97 USD” and nothing in my Uphold account.

Ads coming but ads counter not working/counting brave desktop browser

ADS are coming but ADS are not being counted and ADS rewards are not being increasing and it is not being counted for past 2 days. Estimated pending rewards is still from 2 days the pending rewards is not increasing but ads are coming and BATS is not getting increase. AS IN IMAGES I GOT 2 ADS THIS MORNING BUT AD notification received this month is still 0 and rewards is also not increasing. Please help @steeven! [Screenshot (404)] [Screenshot (405)]

Thanks for pointing that out. I haven’t been seeing any ADS in the past month though so I’m not sure that is the right thread since it’s not exactly the same issue.

They are actively working on fixing this. I have a variation of the same problem. I’m seeing two ads per day rather than 5 per hour. While I may be ancient I didn’t have to take my socks off to count that high.
