Haven't received BAT in two months

Briefly describe your issue:
I’ve been waiting for my Windows instance of Brave to payout the “estimated earnings” since before April 5th, but no notification or transaction occurs. It seems to work on my other instances of Brave, but not on Windows. Wallet is already connected.

I need to reset Windows because it’s gotten a bit buggy, and I’m afraid of losing the stored up earnings.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu → About Brave)?
Win10 Pro x64. Version 1.25.72 Chromium: 91.0.4472.101 (Official Build) (64-bit)

What date did you verify your wallet?
A few months ago

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold?

  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
