It’s been several months since I received my rewards, my upload account is connected.

@kikiwally You’ll need to create a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 so someone from Brave can investigate.

If it’s been several months with no payout, it’s often a sign that your account may be flagged (suspended). When you submit the ticket, Brave will review your account. If the issue is unrelated to a flag, they’ll resolve it and send your payment. However, if your account is flagged, they’ll determine whether to reinstate it.

  • If reinstated: You’ll be able to earn BAT again, but any earnings during the flagged period won’t be paid out.
  • If not reinstated: You won’t be able to earn BAT with your current Rewards profile or linked Uphold account again.
