BAT rewards went to 0 after connecting to uphold (verified) October 25th and still not arrived in uphold account

Windows 10, Brave is up to date

Version 1.61.101 Chromium: 120.0.6099.71 (Official Build) (64-bit)

@Tornadoes please create a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 so someone from Brave can look into it and get back to you.

Chances are you’ll get one of 3 types of responses:

  • Issue was found and you’ll receive your BAT in the next payout.

  • Your account was flagged and has now been reinstated. You will receive your BAT in the next payout

  • Your account was flagged and will not be reinstated. (Basically, you lose all BAT and can’t earn anymore. Permanent suspension/ban, meaning they reviewed and determined you violated Terms of Use)

Those are the most common responses. Do be advised it may take a while to get assistance on it, especially since we’re in the midst of payouts right now. While they may get to you relatively quick, I want to you have the mentality that it might be up to 2-3 weeks after you submit the ticket before you hear back. Then be pleasantly surprised if handled quicker.

Slightly different outcome so far. Woke up to 41 emails from uphold with 41 BAT payments gone in. Still missing about 30% of BAT but that’s a good start and quick response

Oh wow. I guess they were able to identify the issue and likely had actually sent the payments but they had been stuck before. So when looking, they were able to just push the stuck payments through or something.
