No BAT deposits for the entire year, and now they disappeared from the browser

Briefly describe your issue:
BATs have not been deposited into my uphold account for this entire year and this month(8/2021) they disappeared from the brave browser and are still not in my uphold account.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
Windows 10
Version 1.28.105 Chromium: 92.0.4515.131 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Is your browser wallet currently verified? (yes/no)
Yes.

What date did you verify your wallet?
Don’t remember. Where can i see this info?

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Yes. Last year i received all payments without problems.

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)
No.

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?
Yes, Portugal.

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
Yes.

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
