Next Tab and Previous Tab bug

Description of the issue:
Using the Tab menu choices, the Next and Previous tabs (to the right and left of the current tab) is not selected. When using these menu choices, the selected tab is apparently random.

How can this issue be reproduced?

1. Tab>Select Next Tab or
   Tab>Select Previous Tab

Expected result:
The tab immediately to the right (Next Tab) or left (Previous Tab) should be selected.

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.25.68 Chromium: 91.0.4472.77 (Official Build) (x86_64)

Can you elaborate on how you’re selecting the tabs?
(screens are very helpfull)

I use the Tab menu for this explanation.

Note that the leftmost tab is currently selected.

Choose Tab>Select Next Tab:

This is the result:

Note that this is 2 tabs to the right of the original tab.

Choose Tab>Select Next Tab. This is the result:

Note that this is one tab to the left of the previously chosen tab.

Is this not the behavior you see when you try it?
