Description of the issue:
On a new tab, the pinned (and unpinned) links are nearly impossible to either delete, or toggle pin status after set. I’ve hit delete on a few of them so many times and they never go away. I’ve unpinned one… never goes away. It’d be nice if that functionality actually worked? I like the concept… they just don’t work. When I delete (hit trash can icon) the little modal shows up and says “Top Site Removed” but … well… that’s a lie. It still shows and even after full browser restarts it all remains the same.

Open new tab, try to delete site square from that row. Or unpin. I’ve had this issue for multiple versions.

Expected result:
Delete and pin/unpin to work instantly.
