"New Private Window with Tor" | Missing from hamburger menu

Greetings, After reading instructions, the “New Private Window with Tor” is missing from my hamburger menu.
@ the top, all I see is “new tab”, “new window” & “new private window”, then horizontal line with “brave rewards”. etc… below the line.
I downloaded the browser in the last 2 days.
I have tr already installed! Could this be the issue?
