New Brave measures

Good friends , I just received this email and I have many doubts, I would like to know if these measures are only for the countries mentioned there, or the measures also include other countries
They could get me out of doubt.

I would like to know if the second point also includes the other countries?

This email is only for creators who are actively recommending users to Brave through the Referral Program. Anyone not participating in the Referral Program can ignore this email.

Dear brave creators:

Last week, we announced several changes to the Referral Program and the basis for those changes. You can read it here:

These changes are already mandatory for new Creators. These changes will now apply to existing creators before June 29 at the end of the PST day. The changes are:

  1. The Referral Program will be put on hold for all Creators in the following countries:
    China
    Indonesia
    Russia
    Ukraine
    Vietnam
    We strongly recommend that you pause your referral campaigns immediately. From June 30, the new referred users of your campaigns will be canceled.

  2. All creators using the referral program must connect their account to Uphold and verify their identification before June 30. If your account is not verified before June 30 at 00:01 PST, your referral code will be null and any new referrals after June 30 will not count towards your account.

If your account is not suspended or deemed fraudulent, we will pay your account for any downloads that occur before June 30, provided that your referrals use your browser for 30 days, as indicated in the terms of the Referral Program.

You can always connect your wallet to Uphold and get an ID check for a new referral code and win through the Referral Program; however, the program is still restricted for the aforementioned countries.

Again, as we described in our post last week, we want to emphasize that these changes are necessary to ensure the continued growth of courageous and well-meaning participants in our Referral Program.

@eljuno I have a question about this, I have a relative to whom I told him about the project and he wants to be a creator and use the referral program. According to what you answered, this means that that person after June 30 will not be able to create a brave account and be able to use the referral program? Could you please give me a little more detail on this @eljuno?

Will the referral program only work for creators who have their account created and validated before June 30? Regardless of the country where they are?

@eljuno steeven If you could answer this question, friend, am I very curious? After June 30, will it be possible to create an account to continue belonging to the referral program?
