what to do to those creators from blocked countries that already have referrals and tied their uphold wallets?
Will they receive payments for referrals that they confirm this month?

Why is there no answer? it affects many people from different countries.the uncertainty in this matter scares, I have already stopped attracting new users.

Do I have the same question? On my account there are 3000 bat, which I can not withdraw due to the fact that my account uphold does not confirm. I honestly distributed the link and attracted referrals. And now that my account will be blocked?
