Description of the issue:
The “Never offer to translate these languages” feature only works for some languages. Some languages cannot be added to the list. This happens both on Windows desktop and on the Android app.
How can this issue be reproduced?
- Go to: Settings > Languages > Brave Translate > Never offer to translate these languages
- Try to add Hebrew
- Hebrew is not added to the list
Alternatively: - Go to a Hebrew website, s.a. haaretz.co.il
- The translation popup comes up
- Select “Never translate Hebrew”
- Nothing happens
Expected result:
Hebrew is added to the “never translate” list, and the popup doesn’t come up again for Hebrew
