Neon Orange instead of Gray?

Description of the issue: Before updating my Brave, things were gray. Now they are not. See here: https://i.imgur.com/o5B7Qy9.png and https://i.imgur.com/atkILMk.png Even these were a much much darker shade of orange instead of this neon disaster: https://i.imgur.com/LplPNkK.png and https://i.imgur.com/jx6MdmU.png
How can this issue be reproduced?

Expected result: Gray, non neon, darker, easier on the eyes as it was before, or for it to match either my windows theme, or my browser theme (Madoka Fallen).
