After getting the “Error: Region not supported” error, I couldn’t login to my “uphold” account naturally. As a result today, approximately my 20.6BAT’s disappeared. You try every way to avoid paying the money.
Umm, from where? I doubt you had 20 BAT in your Estimated Earnings but I suppose it’s possible. If that’s the case, your browser is showing you that it’s August 1 where you’re at. If you’re someone who has used Brave for over a year, then you’d know that when it goes to the next month, that Estimated Earnings reset and then we receive payments a week or two later, give or take.
If you’re saying it was in Your Balance then I’d have to ask if you’re thinking about what you have in your Uphold account, which would still be there. Or if you are indeed saying you’ve received that 20 BAT from payments in prior month and they were in your browser, not your Uphold.
Because I don’t work for Brave, I can be a little more blunt. When you mouth off like this and make accusations, it really makes people want to ignore you and let you go without. Think about it, how friendly would you be with someone who comes up mouthing off and falsely accusing you of stealing from them.? What if they then suddenly turned around and asked for help as part of it? Would you truly be happy and nice?
You may be right. Sorry for my harsh outburst. But this isn’t the first problem I’ve had. I don’t think I am alone either. Community is full of similar issues. This process started with the missing of the awards. After that, it continued to increase. Finally, we have such a problem. A problem does not persist for months. If it continues, it means that these problems are deliberately made into a habit or I get the feeling that you don’t understand this business. Honestly, I don’t think you don’t understand this.
By the way, this is not my first post. When you experience the same problem over and over and cannot find a solution, you end up in a different quest. I think I have passed the stages of patience. I want you to think a little bit from my point of view too. But I’m still sorry if I offended you.
