My Brave Browser Not Responding + tried Force Quit, Activity Monitor but to no avail

Hello, brave browser is not responding

I tried force quitting, going to command + shift + escape and trying to quit it. I went to activity monitor but nothing showed up, and I tried all the terminal things I could find which did not solve my issue, what do I do?

I am on OS X El Capitan 10.11.6 and I can’t see my Brave version because it’s not responding.
