I can't quit Brave, only force quit

I cannot quit Brave without force quit.

Expected result: : quit

Reproduces how often: always

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu): Mac OSX 10.11.6 Brave 1.1.21

Can you confirm what version of Brave you’re using? is 1.1.21 correct?
