My BAT earnings for the month of July disappeared!

So I had good amount of BATs in pending rewards,
in fact i did not receive a link to claim July months earning.

I updated Brave browser from playstore and my BAT pending earnings which i was waiting from yesterday disappeared :frowning:

Please help, I have screenshot of the pending earnings if that could help!

Payouts are currently processing, so donā€™t be alarmed if you have not yet received your BAT from ads. Please see this thread for updates - Monthly Ads Payout Status Update. Please do not send a DM with your information until after payments have finished processing.

I have unverified wallet, i started using Brave this year only.
Pending rewards balance is gone altogether and no claim button :frowning:

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.

This will help to speed up the troubleshooting. Thank you in advance!
