My android phone BATs wont show up on my Uphold balance

I have linked my android phone like 3 months ago to Uphold, and I still have not received my android BAT balance on Uphold. Everything else works like its supposed. I found a way to contact Brave support via email a month ago, they havent answered and I cannot find it again.

Not sure if posting wallet id and those stuff here is safe, so please, could someone help me?

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
