My 13.5 brave ads revenue disappeared

Hello i had more than 13.5 bat in my ads revenue which is disappeared when i switched to new tab, in this article May 5th Ads Reward Claim Errors they said the problem is not with uphold users, but i have uphold wallet attached to brave browser, what next ?

Expected result: to get it in my wallet
