Hello, each month I keep getting a message “Monthly contribution failed” and no BAT goes out from my account to 8 different recurring contributions I have set up verified creators. I notice that these creators get a “Verified creator” checkmark in the URL bar, but the tooltip says “This creator is currently not configured to receive tips from your wallet.” See screenshot:

If you are a creator, you should probably send a direct message (DM) to the moderators and provide a link to this post and your email. That appears to be what they request from creators.
If you are not a creator, you should send a direct message (DM) to the moderators. Provide a short explanation of your problem and the following information:
Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals )
Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version )
A screenshot of your Rewards panel in `Settings → Brave Rewards
Mattches and Steeven are the moderators who handle most of the rewards issues.
How to DM a moderator:
Click on their icon and select the Message button in the top right corner or
You can go to your profile and create a new message in Messages.
