I have the same problem friend, I write to a moderator who told me that my wallet had been flagged. but they didn’t tell me the reason, and now I realize that I’m not the only one with this problem

Received the following re: the missing claim button.
I received the errors before the email and then they stopped so I am assuming they had something to do with the flagged wallet. However, the errors started again this morning so I’m trying to get this cleared up.
