I’m not getting claim buttons on my 3 of brave browsers brave, beta, nightly since July . I was able to receive till June but when my uphold account got closed in June then after I didn’t see claim button. It is 2nd month i don’t see claim button as a unverified user I’ve raised a ticket last month and been adviced to wait for August payout. But I don’t see claim button in August also now.

Please anyone help me I’m confused since 2 months @steeven @Mattches

Restart your browser and machine.
Even i had the same problem but it was resolved today.

Also, make sure your Brave version is updated. It is currently 1.42.86 (Desktop & Android).

Finally, if you do not receive claim button(s) after payout processing has completed, you should submit a request for support to investigate using the form linked below.

Yes I’ve updated my desktop browser to 1.42.86 but in Android it is 1.41.100 in playstore.
As per playstore i have the latest one. But didn’t get claim button but the message “Your +X BAT July rewards are on the way. Keep an eye out!
Check status” is still there.

Tagging @Mattches and @Steeven to check Brave version for Android.

According to Brave GitHub Android Changelog, the latest version is 1.42.86. The moderators can check to see when it will be updated in playstore and confirm if there is or is not a problem with receiving a claim button in Brave version 1.41.100 for Android.

For now, payouts are still processing. You need to wait until payouts processing is complete to see if you get claim button(s). Then submit a request for support to investigate any month(s) with payout issues.

even I noticed the same thing, my windows laptop didnt receive the payout last month (claim button) and the dual brave app on my android 12 device
