Description of the issue:
Despite having my account on uphold verified on 8/12/2021 and sucessfully linked it to brave, the wallet keeps asking me to complete the verification that has already been done as shown in the second image.
I think the two messages are different. Brave is asking for your Uphold account to complete ID-verification on Uphold (KYC). So, I would check if your account on Uphold is considered “verified”, as in ID-verified.
