Issues with Uphold Verification

Hi

I get the following message despite having verified my Uphold wallet months AGO and everything showing Verified on Uphold with KYC and everything. Whats wrong? They even confirmed to me that everything is fine from their side.

Yes they confirmed that everything is gine. I passed KYC months ago and I should get in contact with the Brave team
