Manual way to get simplified view on mobile browser

I need a way to be able to enable the simplified view in the mobile browser when trying to read an article. I usually have to refresh the page a couple of times to get the notification to then be able to get the simplified view. Instead of waiting for this notification can we get maybe a button to just turn it on when we want to? And do it away with simplied view notification.
