Make Dashboard as default startup page and Brave Search as new tab

I haven’t seen any options for this. I like to see my dashboard(I love to see my stats) everytime I start Brave and when I click “new tab” I like to have Brave Search.
But this is impossible i see.

Maybe the Dashboard have an secret URL I can write in?
