Lost brave pending rewards after trying to verify my android phone

I was trying to verify my android brave wallet and when I checked my browser pending rewards for December they were all gone.

I can’t figure out why and how that happened.

I have <25 Bat on my phone and I understand that cannot be verified yet. But sometimes randomly my my balance disappears.

It’s the second time my balance clears and lost all of my balance. I would like to think that my bat are not lost and somehow I can retrieve them.

As a follow up, I cannot claim my rewards on windows browser. I lost my pending rewards and now next payment date is in February. I would really appreciate if someone looked at this issue. These issues with BAT missing and lost rewards is what pushes away users from brave in the end is another chromium based browser that’s not to be trusted.
