I lost some of my brave rewards

Yesterday, i clicked claim for my brave browser. It did not notify or confirm that it is approved. Today i checked again today, its still empty but i lost balance from 10.0 BAT to 6.3 BAT. It did not reflect to my balance. Where are the missing BAT? I did not have automatic tip ticked on. !

I am encountering so many problems here. I am using android phone. Please help me resolve this. I also sent an email but i did not hear any word from the management yet. Hope to hear from you soon!

I already updated my brave browser yesterday. Hope they can sort that out. And i hope they will reply to my email.
