Lost BAT on update

I am a new user and had accumulated approximately 0.950 BAT to be paid out to my wallet in March. I updated and now its show a 0 balance. I was just wondering if I’ll be able to receive said BAT and if theres a way to avoid the issue in the future.


Following, have the same problem from November. Can you check your payment history on brave rewards tab?

I also lost my bat tokens after doing the latest upgrade…lost 147.92 Bat tokens. How do I get them returned is what I want to know?

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.

sir @steeven my bats are missing from reward pannel …i was having around 6 BAT…and now they are missing …what should i do
