Lost all my BAT coins on Mobile

Today, when I was using brave on my Android phone, the app is crashed so I just cleared all the cache.

But after, I also lost all my BAT coins.

I have a sync code, but not able to recover my coins

Is that brave works? means they were asking to join the program. and all sudden coins are gone and wasted .

Really disappointed, as wasted my time (of a month)

Same here i also lost my BAT, i have 12 BAT and when i checked i have now 2 BAT, and it seems like they will not give it back anymore

I had 32 bat now its gone

Anyone from the community (Admin or moderator), who really care about the publishers and users. As losted 12 BAT, and it’s not only about the coins… wasted a month too. and now loosing trust on brave community as no on cares about the problem we re facing

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
