Just got my uphold account verified and my BAT balanced turned zero

Please I need help as regards my missing BAT token which turned zero immediately after I verified and authorized the brave browser to connect with my uphold account.

Thanks for the swift response, how long do I have to wait because it is more than 48 hours already and nothing is showing

Depends. After 1 week I would be worried.

My wallet was zeroed 3 weeks ago.

Forget it. It’s lost forever. I lost all my balance as well on last month’s update.

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
