Updated my app and verified my uphold account and my BAT balanced turned zero

Hello support,
Please I need help as regards my missing BAT token which turned zero immediately after I verified and authorized the brave browser to connect with my uphold account.
Steeven told me to send some informations, which I have done since 3 days ago but no response from him.
I do like the support team to help resolve this issue swiftly.

Thank you for reporting! Please DM with the following information:

  • Copy/paste your Wallet ID (found on brave://rewards-internals)
  • Your OS and Brave version (first three lines in brave://version)
  • A screenshot of your Rewards panel in Settings --> Brave Rewards.
