Issue - Tor Mode Crashes Brave

Description of the issue:
When opening a Private Tor window and then trying to type into the URL bar Brave crashes.
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Open Tor Window
  2. Click on the URL/Search bar
  3. Type any key and Brave crashes

Expected result:
It should not crash and allow the user to type into the search bar

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.19.88 Chromium: 88.0.4324.96 (Official Build) (64-bit)

On Windows 10.0.18363 Build 18363

Hello, this also happens to me in plain Brave Private browser as well.
